We also specialize in school-based ABA services throughout the state. Speech and Occupational Therapy Services to children, adolescents and young adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

We are thrilled to invite you to Heroes & Hugs. This event was designed to help introduce individuals with special needs and/or disabilities and Gulf Shores law enforcement & firefighters, and the Foley Police Department. Please join us for an afternoon of bonding the special needs community with those who serve.

Please join us from 12PM-2PM, Sunday afternoon, September 14, 2025 at Johnnie Sims Park Pavilion. We will be serving light refreshments and adding to the fun with games, a photo booth and an enclosed playground with elopers in mind. So bring your special ones out. We can’t wait to see you there!

Our team of Behavior Analysts and Speech/Language Pathologists bring a combined 75+ years of experience working with different populations and challenges and improving the quality of lives for people and families affected by learning disabilities and exceptionalities such as Autism.

Whether you choose to receive services in our clinic, in your own home or in your child's school, Milestones Behavior Group, INC is dedicated to the ethical and effective practice of ABA and Speech Pathology. Our team of Behavior Analysts and Speech Pathologists provide evidence-based treatment to children, adolescents, teens and young adults diagnosed with a wide range of developmental disabilities.
