Dear Patients,
As we look ahead, we want to share that 2026 will bring some changes to our practice. We are committed to keeping you informed and ensuring a smooth transition for all our patients.
We want to share that Dr. Elizabeth Blair has accepted a new position as a full-time OB Hospitalist in Labor & Delivery, where she will continue caring for women and families in the hospital setting. Her last day in the office will be January 9th. While we will miss Dr. Blairâs presence in the clinic setting, we are proud of her continued dedication to womenâs health and wish her the very best in this next chapter.
We would also like to share that Dr. Kristen Vaughan will be transitioning to Birmingham OBGYN (205-933-8334), located here at Grandview. We are excited for her as she takes this next step in her career, and we know she will continue providing the same warm, attentive care that her patients value so deeply. Her last day in the office will be January 30th. For those who wish to continue their care with her, you are welcome to follow her to her new practice, and we will make it as seamless as possible.
Your care remains our top priority. Our team will continue to provide the same compassionate, personalized care youâve come to expect. If you would like to continue your OB/GYN care with Dr. Barron or Dr. Kennedy, please call us when you get your reminder to schedule your annual checkup. Please be patient with our staff as these changes cause an increase in call volume. If you prefer to transfer your care to another practice, we will gladly assist with that process.
