Patients Goals: This patient had a long history of chronic shoulder, neck, and back pain related to her breast size. In addition to seeking relief from these symptoms, she was unhappy with her pre-operative cup size (I cup) and desired a breast size that was more proportional to her frame. Her goal was to achieve both improved comfort and a more balanced, natural silhouette (approximately a C cup).
