Residents have been actively collecting and donating items for the Operation Shoestring Christmas Child shoeboxes throughout the year. With the packing party approaching in early November, they were excited to begin preparations. This week, they focused on packing pencil pockets with school supplies and preparing flashlights for shipping. Honeybun even joined in the fun The community expresses gratitude to Rosemary (Rosie) Mitchell for her pivotal role in initiating this project.

Our residents and staff are ULTRA STRONG and give full support to the OG seniors of Carillon Oaks Heflin for the Wednesday training of the Class of 2026 seniors!! We know they will show proper form for accuracy and precise landing with a hang time and the grace of a quarterback!

If you haven’t seen the TP rolling war in Cleburne County, look it up! Great clean fun that everyone can support! Our donation is in the mail and will help with training on Wednesday.😂
