In honor of Social Work Month, we’re inviting social workers to "A Moment of Calm", a gentle, guided yoga experience created especially for those who spend their days caring for others. Join us for an hour to breathe, stretch, reset, and reconnect, followed by light refreshments and connection. You deserve care too.

Stu sees behavioral health as a true calling and is especially passionate about group work, connection, and the power of shared stories. His grounded presence and thoughtful approach bring so much value to our community.

And outside the office? He loves running and competing in Spartan races.

It is official! Longleaf Lodge is coming to Shelby County in early 2027. We are deeply grateful to everyone who has shown us such unwavering support and kindness as we worked to make this vision a reality. As we reflect on the journey that led us here, we are humbled by the incredible community that has surrounded us from the very beginning. We can’t wait to continue this journey.
