Welcome to the practice of Dr.’s Charles Sharp, Tim Stone and Robert Goolsby. Sharp & Stone OB/GYN is a small, friendly practice where we strive to provide the highest quality care in a comfortable and relaxed setting. Our physicians are Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. We combine personal care with technically sophisticated treatment options. In addition to excellent physicians, Sharp and Stone OB/GYN also employs a professional and compassionate staff. We make every effort to accommodate appointments as quickly as possible. As added conveniences, Seton Pharmacy is located on the 1st Floor of our building and valet parking is also available at entrance on St. Vincent’s Drive. We at Sharp & Stone are excited about today’s announcement of a new partnership between the UAB Health System and St Vincent’s Hospital.

Since its founding in the 1960s, UAB hospital has garnered a national reputation as one of the finest teaching hospitals in the Southeast. At the same time, its mission remains providing quality healthcare to all of central Alabama. Their resources are very valuable in maneuvering the challenging landscape of healthcare in the U.S. and investing in St Vincent’s infrastructure.

Since its founding in the 1800s, St Vincent’s mission has been to bring compassionate and caring healthcare and ministry to the same region. Even though we are partnering, St Vincent’s will remain its own free standing facility with its own medical staff and hospital staff. We believe this is a synergistic relationship that will only improve healthcare in our city and region.

We at Sharp & Stone are excited about this arrangement. We will remain a private practice and will continue to care for our patients as we always have. It is a privilege to be your doctors.
