I knew this one would blow people’s minds the moment I tried it. They look like tiny candy pearls that pop softly in your mouth, but it’s literally just Jell-O done in a completely different way. No cubes. No jiggle. Just glossy little poppers that feel like fruit candy.
How it goes (the quiet genius trick):
Make sugar-free strawberry or raspberry Jell-O with only ¾ cup hot water so it’s very concentrated. Let it cool for about 5 minutes until it’s warm but still liquid.
Now take a dropper or small spoon and drip tiny drops of the liquid Jell-O into a bowl of very cold ice water. The drops instantly set into tiny soft pearls.
Scoop them out and… wow. You get little glossy Jell-O poppers that roll around like candy beads and burst with fruit flavor when you bite them. They’re fun, portion-perfect, and feel like something from a fancy dessert shop ......

Ok so I was skeptical about the Greek yogurt replacing sour cream recipes… but I finally tried the ranch dip and OMG this is a life changer for me!! I love dips and this snack has no points and fills me up and most of all… it’s delicious 😋 1/2 cup Greek plain yogurt and 1 Tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch Dip mix (I would use 1/2 Tbsp of mix)depending on strong taste preference

This tastes like chocolate pudding… but it’s actually helping you stay on track.” – Chocolate Vanilla Protein Cream

This one is dangerously easy.

Take thick Greek yogurt and mix in a teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder.

Add a tiny splash of vanilla and a little sweetener if you want.

Stir slowly until it turns rich and creamy.

Top with crushed nuts or even a tiny bit of dark chocolate if you’re feeling fancy.

Let it sit for 5 minutes.

It turns into a thick, mousse-like dessert that tastes like chocolate pudding… but it’s high-protein, low-carb, and totally bariatric-friendly.

I was telling my husband that the hardest part about keto is not having my Little Cesar’s deep dish box set (pizza and garlic bread with stuffed crust)

Tonight he made me bacon and eggs while I was doing the laundry. He made the eggs into pizza slices with bacon bits and shredded cheese on top. Word for word he says “I know you miss eating pizza and it’s been hard, so I tried to make you a special keto pizza” hahahahaha I’m dying.

He knows I don’t like the mozzarella pizza crust or the cauliflower one cuz of the texture. So this is the next best thing. It’s was definitely made with love and I had to share.

Weight Watchers  3 Days Zero point plan 😊😁 😉. I do not recommend this for your program everyday .. But it’s very helpful...

​1 tub Cool Whip

​1 box SF pudding mix (any flavor)

​½ cup milk (or protein shake)

Whisk until fluffy. Chill 30 mins.

​The Lineup:

​ Chocolate PB Blast

Swirl in 1 tbsp PB + dark chocolate chips.

​ Salted Caramel Glow

Drizzle caramel sauce + toasted salty nuts.

​ Toasted Coconut Cloud

Fold in coconut flakes + white chocolate.

Toss in fresh berries + graham cracker dust.
