If you’ve already given, thank you. If not, we’d be honored if you would give today and help us finish the year strong: https://www.mmbal.org/donate-money

Read Emma's below:

My son, Walter, required a two-week stay in the NICU following his birth, and I had a C-section and was not recovering very well. He was airlifted to Children's Hospital in Birmingham, over 3.5 hours away, which prevented my ability to visit him. I was too weak to produce milk, so he was drinking formula. Once I got home, I pumped every waking moment I could until the day arrived I was strong enough to go visit him. His blood sugars immediately stabilized when he received breast milk and I was able to finally take him home! I was worried out of my mind during those two weeks.

I hope whatever I donate will help other babies go home sooner rather than later. I am grateful for my over-production and it is great to share my blessing with someone who may need it.

I want to encourage moms to donate. Giving a little can help so much because not every baby is compatible with formula or unpredictable circumstances happen. It takes a village to raise a baby and I'm honored that I can contribute. I plan on continuing to give as much as I can throughout my journey. I love you moms!!! Keep being awesome!
