Moderate physical activity can have a big impact on your overall health! For older adults, the CDC recommends 150 minutes of weekly exercise. 🚶‍♂️🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️ Don't worry, you can break it down into manageable 10-15 minute sessions! 💪 Improve strength, flexibility, and balance with these simple exercises.
