👁 Your eyes age, too, here’s how to protect them at every stage of life.

Just like the rest of your body, your eyes change as you grow.

Here’s what to keep in mind at every age:
👶 Kids: Regular checkups help catch vision problems early (even before school starts).
👧 Teens: Encourage healthy screen habits and UV protection — they’ll thank you later!
👩‍🦰 20s–30s: Keep up with yearly exams, manage screen time, and don’t skip sunglasses.

A few small habits now can protect your sight for decades to come.

➡️ Save this for future you, and remind your family to keep up with their exams, too.

Kids today spend 7+ hours a day on phones, tablets, TVs, and computers. That’s a lot of screen time for developing eyes!

Too much time on screens can cause:
-Eye strain and headaches
-Blurry vision
-Dry, irritated eyes
-Trouble sleeping

Here are a few ways to help protect your child’s vision:

1️⃣ Follow the 20-20-20 rule: Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.

2️⃣ Encourage breaks for outdoor play (natural light is healthy for eyes).

3️⃣ Keep screens at least arm’s length away.

4️⃣ Schedule regular eye exams to catch issues early.

Healthy vision now means fewer problems later. Save this post as a reminder!

🍂 Fall allergies don’t just cause sneezing; they can also leave your eyes red, itchy, and watery.

Here are a few ways to find relief this season:
✨ Use a cold compress to soothe irritation
✨ Try preservative-free artificial tears for dryness
✨ Keep indoor air filters clean to reduce allergens

If your symptoms don’t improve, it might be more than “just allergies.” An eye exam can help uncover what’s really going on.
