We are a full-service ambulatory care facility that includes both primary and specialty care, urgent care, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, laboratory services, radiology and a pharmacy, all conveniently available to patients in one location. Ambulatory Care Center: By appointment 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday thru Friday) 5 days a week

Urgent Care Center: Walk-In No appointments necessary
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday thru Friday)

Pharmacy: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday thru Friday) 5 days a week

Appointment Center: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday thru Friday)

Switchboard: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday thru Friday)

It’s been a busy and impactful week for our Outreach team — and we couldn’t be prouder of the difference they’re making in our community!

✅ Thursday, Aug. 21 – Connected with individuals at the Summer Recovery Health Resource Explosion hosted by Alcohol & Drug Abuse Treatment Centers Inc.

✅ Friday, Aug. 22 – Engaged with court professionals and partners at the Order in the Court 25 Summit at Boutwell Auditorium. Special applause to Social Work Lead Kalissa Ford for her phenomenal presentation on the Social Determinants of Health! 👏

✅ Saturday, Aug. 23 – Administrator Laura Hurst, along with leaders Darin Coyle and Trishay Johnson, proudly represented Cooper Green at the UNCF Educational Walk at CityWalk, supporting education and community empowerment.
