We are a full-service ambulatory care facility that includes both primary and specialty care, urgent care, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, laboratory services, radiology and a pharmacy, all conveniently available to patients in one location. Ambulatory Care Center: By appointment 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday thru Friday) 5 days a week

Urgent Care Center: Walk-In No appointments necessary
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday thru Friday)

Pharmacy: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday thru Friday) 5 days a week

Appointment Center: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday thru Friday)

Today marks one year since we moved into our new building — and what a year it’s been!

In just twelve months, we’ve:

✨ Welcomed countless tours of our amazing space

A huge thank-you to our staff and community members who generously donated to this year’s Winter Clothing Drive. Hosted by our Social Services team, the drive transformed donated items into a warm, welcoming “store,” allowing individuals to take home a gift.
