Standing Together for Domestic Violence Awareness Month

Our Columbus team came together this week wearing purple to honor Domestic Violence Awareness Month. This small act carries a big message that we see, support, and stand with survivors everywhere.

At Pathway Healthcare, we believe that healing begins with compassion and awareness. Domestic violence impacts individuals, families, and communities, and by speaking up, we help break the silence that too often surrounds it. Everyone deserves to feel safe, valued, and supported.

If you or someone you know needs help, resources and support are available through the National Domestic Violence Hotline:

A. No screens 1 hour before bed
B. Set consistent bed and wake times
C. Create a calming bedtime routine
D. Adjust your sleep environment (dark, cool, quiet)

Drop your letter in the comments plus the one change you’ll try tonight. Let’s help each other sleep more peacefully and wake up stronger.
