Healthy doesn’t have to mean boring! I use every Mrs. Dash flavor there is😋

My food is always flavorful and amazing! No extra salt or sodium needed. (You know that salt and sodium cause water weight right🥴)

Before you give up on eating healthy….play around with new flavors until you find some you love!

If you saw my food post yesterday…..I had crab legs for dinner and accidentally ate 2 bags of drizzalicious🤦🏾‍♀️🤣. It still brought my total to under 800 calories and I had 3 meals and 2 snacks! My workouts burned 200+ of that. I stayed in a calorie deficit without even trying!!!!

If you eat clean and make good food choices….EVERYTHING ELSE BECOMES EASY!

I prepare for my day so I don’t impulse eat!

I start my day with my coffee (black) . I buy it flavored so it still has a taste.
This is also a natural diuretic and appetite suppressant. (Winning!)

I don’t eat breakfast often….I typically intermittent fast from 8p to 12p but….THERE ARE THOSE DAYS!

So I had a fried egg this morning. Before you even go there…..I used a non stick pan so NO GREASE OR BUTTER!!!😝

I also have grapefruit as a breakfast side just because!

For lunch I have a salmon salad. (It’s from yesterday’s lunch but….anywho)

It has salmon baked with salmon seasoning and lemon juice. It’s on a bed of spring mix and arugula (I love arugula 😍). I top it with THE BEST pico on earth!!!!! No dressing is needed!

I threw about 3 cuties in my bag just in case I want something sweet!

For me….this is a lot of food (because I take chroma from Slimfit Weightloss Clinic so my stomach small😜) so some of this will probably trickle over into dinner!

Once I add my 3 liters of water and that workout, BABY I WILL BE WINNING FOR REAL!

You just have to be intentional about YOU!!!!
