We are excited to announce that we are partnering with the local Art of Living Group, The Art of Living Birmingham USA

We would like to invite you to our in-person Part 1 Program, a flagship program offered by the foundation.

The program's core component is the SKY (Sudarshan Kriya) Breathing Technique, an evidence-based and highly impactful method for holistic wellness.

We had an amazing Music, Meditation and Meals session with Jeremy Occhipinti at Unity of Birmingham Church last night with around 40 of us.
What a great way to celebrate our togetherness as community.

Bruce Glenn , Carole, Reverend Jesse Herriott, Carol Clarke set up a stage to welcome Art of Living family at the Church. This Church feels like being at home to me🙂

I was asked to speak few words, and I happen to share a story, essence of my journey with Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and .

Sharing with my friends on FB in few words, as joy increases by sharing 😃

Our ability to keep up our nature of enthusiasm in any situation makes us free. We all want to be free, peaceful, happy in our lives. What binds us is our tendency to remain in our shell, our comfort zone , which actually very uncomfortable!

Art of Living teaching & practices provides us tools to break our own shell and come vibrant in our lives.

Like Jeremy has written his many such experiences in his book “Ain't That a Miracle?” , I can resonate so much with his stories as I have been through many such situations, where my mind was saved and brought back to the center by using Art of Living toolkits of Breathing, Meditation, Wisdom, Services and Celebration.
