6 Months Post-Op: Preservation Extended Deep Plane Facelift, Deep Plane Neck Lift, Brow Lift, Upper Blepharoplasty, Lower Blepharoplasty, Fat Grafting, Chemical Peel
Natural results in facial plastic surgery are not about creating perfection, they are about restoring structure, volume, and skin quality in a way that looks balanced and appropriate for the patient.
In this case, a facelift and necklift were performed to improve tissue laxity and restore support to the lower face and neck. Fat grafting was used to replace lost volume. A TCA chemical peel was used to improve skin quality, including tone and texture.
Each component plays a role.
Lifting alone repositions tissue, but does not restore volume or improve skin. Volume alone does not correct sagging. Skin treatments alone do not address structural changes.
When combined, these treatments create a more natural, harmonious result.
Facial rejuvenation is not about looking different, it is about looking like a more rested, supported, and healthy version of yourself.
We deeply respect her privacy and are grateful for her willingness to share her neck-down results. Her openness allows others to better understand the process and the importance of thoughtful, individualized surgical planning.
