We've been providing pregnancy and sexual-health services to the Birmingham area since 1980. We now have 3 clinics, in Vestavia, Fultondale, and Crestwood. We offer services to everyone, regardless of race, belief, or gender. All services are FREE and CONFIDENTIAL. We offer the following services free of charge:

A lot of people put off STD and STI testing longer than they mean to.

For some, it’s embarrassment. For others, it’s not having insurance or not knowing where to go. And sometimes it just feels easier to avoid it altogether.

At Alabama Pregnancy & Family Center, we’ve tried to remove every one of those barriers so you don’t have to keep wondering or waiting.

Testing is free. It’s completely confidential. There’s no judgment when you walk in and no bill after you leave.

There was a moment when you sat in that room and everything felt uncertain. You were scared, you had questions you did not know how to ask out loud, and you were trying to make sense of what your life was about to become.

In that space, it was easy to believe that you were not ready, that you could not handle what was in front of you, or that the road ahead might be too heavy to carry.

But something in you chose to stay. Something in you chose to keep going, even when it felt overwhelming and unclear.
