Michelson Laser Vision, Inc. in Birmingham is conveniently located for LASIK patients considering Laser Eye Surgery for the Laser Vision Correction of nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism from throughout Alabama including Huntsville, Montgomery, Dothan, Tuscaloosa, Adamsville, Forestdale, Fultondale, Gardendale, Center Point, Trussville, Moody, Leeds, Mountain Brook, Fairfield, Midfield, Vestavia Hills, Hoover, Bessemer, Helena, Alabaster, Gadsden, Auburn and Prattville Alabama. Under the Medical Direction of Board Certified Ophthalmologist, and Corneal Specialist Marc Michelson Buck, M.D., Michelson Laser Vision, Inc. is respected for their expertise and experience in all types of LASIK Eye Surgery including All Laser Bladeless LASIK as well as Lens Implants for vision correction of nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism and presbyopia-an age related near vision focusing problem. As a Corneal Surgeon, Dr. Michelson offers specialized consultation to patients who have previous refractive surgery such as RK, PRK and LASIK and who have not achieved the desired results and wish to explore options to obtain the best possible results. At Michelson Laser Vision, Inc. each patient is carefully evaluated and consulted regarding their suitability for the various treatment options. You will find that our staff is comprised of some of the nicest and most experienced technicians and assistants to be found anywhere, having a combined experience of over 70 years of providing Laser Vision Correction in Alabama. Michelson Laser Vision, Inc., not only was the first refractive center in Alabama, but has continued the pace of technological advancement in laser vision correction. Since the first laser eye surgery treatments in 1989, we have brought five generations of lasers to Birmingham to ensure that our patients have access to the most advanced laser technology, treatment options and most importantly, the best clinical care in Birmingham. In 2014, Michelson Laser Vision, Inc. relocated to The Medical Center at UAB Highlands on the campus of the University of Alabama (UAB) in Birmingham where we provide comfortable, convenient personalized care.
