This week reminded us how powerful pretend play really is. Our clinics are full of tiny professionals - dentists, vets, doctors, chefs, astronauts… you name it. Every day, they’re practicing the skills that will carry them into their next steps.

Functional pretend play is at the core of childhood development, and in ABA it becomes a space for language, independence, social learning, and problem-solving to bloom.

We can’t help but feel excited for the future. These are the chefs, doctors, and community leaders we’ll all be proud to know one day. 💙

Clinic #3 is open. And our hearts are full.

9 months later - same joyful play, same favorite activities, same sweetness… just a little taller and a whole lot more confident.

These two were with us on Day 1 in Homewood; and today, they helped us open our Hoover clinic.

Watching all of our clients grow, build trust, find their voice, and carry confidence into new spaces is one of the greatest privileges of our work.

We get to play, we get to learn, we get to grow - and most importantly, we get to connect.

Side by side. Step by step. Clinic to clinic. 💙

Our Gadsden crew had an un-BOO-lievable time at our Trunk or Treat last week! 👻💜 We had such a great turnout (and an even better time) that it deserved its own post! Huge thanks to our families and staff for making it such a fun and festive afternoon full of smiles, candy, and creativity! 🎃✨

🎃Spirit Week 2025 Photo Dump🎃

We wore jammies, practiced science (madly), got as wacky as humanly possible, threw it back for retro day, showed off our favorite costumes, and somehow ended up as trolls one day - hair everywhere, of course.

Gadsden decorated trunks, Birmingham decorated doors, and both clinics went all in. Our staff and clients brought the color, the chaos, and the heart every single day.

We’re tired, sugared up, and so proud of this crew! 💙

✨ You’ve heard of Wacky Wednesdays… but have you heard of Finn Fridays? ✨

🐾 Meet Finn - the chillest clinic dog this side of the rainbow bridge! 🐾

Finn joined our crew after our beloved Bruce (one of our OG clinic founders) crossed the rainbow bridge. Bruce was at our founding meeting way back in 2023, kept us company while we set up our Homewood clinic, and stayed with us until our first group of kiddos graduated - big paws to fill, but Finn is doing it his way: calmly, kindly, and with pure golden energy amidst the toddler chaos.

Loud noises? Flying toys? Kids on scooters? Finn doesn’t bat an eye.

When he’s not supervising clinic life, you’ll find him sunbathing on the playground or napping on Brandi’s couch.

Every clinic needs a little pawsitivity - and Finn brings it daily. 🌞🐶
