Meet Hannah Carter! Hannah’s favorite thing about her job is the close relationships she’s created with her patients and being able to help them stay healthy! She helps them manage their chronic conditions, but she also knows their dogs name and how old their grandkids are. Outside of work she likes to read, mostly fantasy. Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit are her favorites! Thank you for all you do, Hannah!
