A healthy immune system is supported by a healthy lifestyle. Here are some tips to support your immune system naturally:

1. Manage Stress - High stress weakens immunity; try meditation, yoga, or spending time in nature.
2. Quit Smoking - Smoking (and va**ng) impairs immune function
3. Sleep Enough - Aim for 7-9 hours nightly, as sleep is crucial for immune cell function.
4. Connect with Others - Positive social connections with family and friends promotes positive emotions. Positive emotions improve immune responses and help prevent illness.
5. Stay Active - As little as 20 minutes of activity can fight inflammation and support immunity
6. Eat Nourishing Foods - Focus on colorful fruits, vegetables (Vitamins C, E, Zinc, Antioxidants), whole grains, lean protein, and healthy fats.
