Earlier this year, Brian made the decision to prioritize his health and well-being — and the results have been remarkable. Through consistent effort and sustainable lifestyle changes, he has lost 42 pounds since April, improved his blood pressure, cut his triglycerides in half, and achieved Platinum Club status!
In addition to changing his eating habits and moving more, he credits his LIVESMART coaching sessions with helping him stay on track.
When asked what advice he has for others, he shared: “Start today — it’s too easy to put it off. Don’t wait for the next holiday or special occasion. Tomorrow always sounds like a good day to start, but if you keep saying that, it never happens. Take your time — losing one pound a week is realistic, and that adds up to 52 pounds in a year. That’s a life-changing difference.”
