AS THE HOLIDAY APPROACHES, HERE’S A LIST OF THINGS YOU CAN DO TO GET READY FOR YOUR HOLIDAY GUEST 🤗🤗

Gutters: Clean gutters before winter to prevent water, leaves, and debris from freezing and causing problems.

Windows: Clean windows so more of the sun's heat can warm your home in the winter.

Baseboards: Wash baseboards and walls, which can absorb and trap smells.

Light fixtures: Dust light fixtures and replace bulbs as needed.

Carpets: Consider having your carpets cleaned in the fall so your home is ready for the holidays.

Fireplace: Clean your fireplace and chimney at least once a year, ideally in late summer.

Outdoor furniture: Clean outdoor furniture to remove dirt, moss, lichen, and bird droppings, which can cause rot if left untreated.

Smoke detector batteries: Change the batteries in your smoke alarm at least once a year, ideally when you change your clocks in the spring and fall.

Furnace: Have your furnace inspected and cleaned before use. Change your furnace filter monthly.

Drain outdoor faucets: Drain outdoor faucets to prevent freezing.

Trim trees and plants: Trim trees and plants away from siding.

Inspect roof: Inspect your roof.

Remove debris from exhaust ducts: Remove debris from exhaust ducts.

Pack the kids a Bag it’s time to clean 😅

I went from 203 to 137 faster than I though was possible. And, I'll never forget the look on my doctor's face when I walked into his office for my annual checkup.

“Are you doing that “Rice Method” I told you about?”, he stuttered.

So, I told him I've been doing it for the last few months and how it's really transforming my life and health.

"Nothing has EVER worked so fast for me!", I said with a BIG smile.

Even the nurses were complimenting me on my transformation and asking me how I had done it at my age.
