Come meet our newest physician, Dr. Sandra Tadros-Fariyike! Dr. Fariyike attended the Medical College of Georgia, in Augusta, and did her residency at NYU. She specializes in a wide range of ear, nose, and throat treatments and sees both children and adults! Our March employee spotlight goes to Madison Hatchett (Au.D., CCC-A), an audiologist here at ENT Associates of Alabama!

Dr. Hatchett loves having the opportunity to collaborate with the ENT physicians, nurses and other audiologists at ENT Associates of Alabama to provide patients with the best care possible.

Outside of work, Dr. Hatchett enjoys intermural sports, such as kickball and softball. She and her fiancé (who she met playing kickball when she first moved to Birmingham) are also in the process of remodeling a house together!

When a physicians calls at 9 o’clock at night to give a shout out to how great the staff worked together as a team that day, you listen proudly! He mentioned it was a crazy, overbooked day, that included an emergency nosebleed, but the staff stepped up, worked hard, & got it done - all while showing kindness, compassion, and a true team spirit! He said that he didn’t get just one, but 3 seperate, equally heart felt, compliments from patients and it made him happy. He left clinic tired but not frustrated, and wanted to know what he could do to thank the staff!  We love that our physicians get to experience that kind of team effort, and we celebrate when patients acknowledge our hard-working staff, but mostly we appreciate our employees pulling together to be that united force for the sake of the corporation, the doctors, each other, and most importantly, patients care!
Yay Team Grandview! Together you all made a big difference today in the lives of many people, and that should make you proud!
