Individual sessions are open for Yoga & Buddhism weekend with Cory Bryant. We will be exploring the Four Boundless—loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity—through yoga, meditation, and discussion. Learn practical ways to cultivate these qualities on the mat and in daily life for greater peace and connection.

Friday Meditation Talk 6 - 730 pm
Saturday Mysore 8 am / Afternoon Session 12 - 3 pm
Sunday Led Primary 8 am / Afternoon Session 12 - 3 pm

All events are donation based:
Suggested Donation for full weekend $200 – $250 or $35 – $50 for individual sessions. These are simply guidelines. When registering, you’re invited to choose an amount that reflects how much of the weekend you’ll attend or what feels possible for you. All donations are welcome and no one will be turned away or questioned if they’d like to attend but are currently unable to give.
If none of the listed options work for you, you’re welcome to make a Venmo donation when you arrive.

This December we’re heading back to the jungle for a week of yoga, community, and connection. Think: morning meditation + asana, incredible meals cooked fresh for us, lazy evenings by the fire, and optional adventures to beaches, cenotes, and ancient ruins.

In the Ashtanga tradition, we take rest on full and new moon days. It’s a way to build in regular breaks for the body to recover and for the nervous system to reset.

Moon days come about every two weeks, which makes them a practical way to support consistency without overtraining. Rest is part of the practice, and these pauses help keep us healthy and coming back to the mat long-term.

Thursday is a Full Moon. Take rest, or if you’d rather not, check out our Half Primary at 6pm.
