Meet Rachel, the heart and soul of Alabama Vision Center! As Clinic Manager for three of our four locations, Rachel keeps everything running smoothly while supporting our doctors, technicians, and patients with incredible care and dedication.

With an impressive 18 years at AVC and certifications including COA, COT, and OSC, Rachel brings unmatched expertise, leadership, and heart to our team. We’re beyond lucky to have someone so knowledgeable and compassionate guiding our clinics every day. 👏💙

Outside of work, Rachel is just as busy (and just as amazing!) raising her beautiful family with her husband Jerry. They have a fun-loving 5-year-old son, a sweet 7-month-old daughter, and a beloved mini labradoodle named Teddy. When they’re not with friends and family, you’ll find them poolside or out on the golf course! Rachel also loves to unwind with a good book.
