Our Story

At Bama Health Foods, we understand living a healthy life isn’t always easy. In today’s world, life is super busy and demanding. Often, our health falls to the bottom of the priority list until we develop an illness and it forces us to refocus. Is this you? That is where we come in. It is a journey toward improved wellness and we want to support you on that journey.

We are not simply a health food store. We are more of your Community Wellness Center and an active member of the Birmingham community. At our center for wellness, we provide natural supplements, herbs, healthy foods, fresh products, nutritional & wellness education programs and services to nourish the communities we serve physically, mentally, and spiritually. You will often see us in the community facilitating workshops, participating in community events, or simply spreading the good word and testimonies of others that have improved their wellness the natural way.
