As a community, we break through barriers. Our mission is to provide students with the most well rounded experience. Our one of a kind, inspirational teachers utilize heat, music, and their extensive knowledge of the human body to guide yogis through challenging and meditative practices designed to strengthen the body, mind, and soul. Each teacher, each class provides a different vibe, a unique personality. At our core, we believe it's all about connection, to each other, to ourselves. Join us for CPR/AED Red Cross Training, taught by first responders and critical care healthcare providers experienced in the field of emergency medicine, with high quailty LED feedback equipment for exemplary training. AED’s are a crucial addition to life-saving skills. This training is open to anyone interested in refreshing their skills or becoming certified for the first time.

Meet Kara Baruzzini! We are excited to welcome Kara to Blue. In addition to popping in to sub classes, she will be teaching a newly added Vinyasa class on Fridays at 4:30pm, beginning next week, 6/14!!!!!

Kara is a full time Somatic-based Life Coach with a passion for movement. While she has shared yoga across the country, and even the world in the past decade, Detroit has always been her yoga home. Her classes are tribal, playful, full-spectrum, and if you love to move fluidly in dynamic ways, then you will love her class! .makingwaves

This weekend! CPR / AED Red Cross Training
at Blue Yoga. Saturday, April 20th 1-3pm $60

Earn your certification in this workshop, open to the community, students and teachers. An AED, or automated external defibrillator, is used to help those experiencing sudden cardiac arrest. It’s a sophisticated, yet easy-to-use, medical device that can analyze the heart’s rhythm and, if necessary, deliver an electrical shock, or defibrillation, to help the heart establish a normal rhythm. We found it important to have an AED device now on premises at blue. AEDs are a crucial addition to life saving skills like CPR.

Learn when and how to use one in an emergency. Taught by First Responders and Critical Care Healthcare providers experienced in the field of Emergency Medicine. High quality LED feedback equipment will be used for hands on exemplary training in this workshop.
