My approach is to meet clients right where they are in their health and fitness journey and move them towards the life they want--whether that is to feel better, look better, g*in a better quality of life, reg*in strength from surgery, or to build the body of their dreams...I will coach them to their goals. It is very important to me to know my clients and truly understand what they want. I then compile a plan to achieve those goals taking into account their specific preferences, health challenges, underlying areas that need attention (diet and lifestyle training, and for personal training clients, also muscular balance and postural deviations) in order to achieve those goals safely in a reasonable amount of time. I love to work with both beginners and advanced levels using a mix of body resistance, weight bearing exercises with an emphasis on stretching. As a CETI Cancer Exercise Specialist and Certified Health Coach, I motivate from a scientific approach, educating clients on the "why" and moving them towards a healthier, and naturally “fitter” self!
