We promised you another community photoshoot, see yall soon!
We have 30 minute slots available Monday August 4th from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

We suggest wearing something black, or dark colored to compliment our white backdrop.

You are welcomed to use any of our wellness props in your photoshoot + you will receive up to 25 RAW unedited photos shot by a Cannon DSLR.

Birmingham, we're doing it AGAIN and we want to see you there with us.

If you've been looking to expand your wellness journey, if you're seeking guidance on becoming a certified yoga instructor, or if you simply wish to build a personal practice to carry you through each stage of life this is the workshop for you!

Our 3 day immersive Restorative Yoga workshop has been crafted and carefully put together to cater to our community in need with elements of trauma informed care to support, uplift, and nurture.

Each participant leaves with guidance on how to, when to, and what to do moving forward in restorative yoga - a certificate of completion accredited with the yoga alliance - and a teaching manual to refer to.

$350 tuition fees.
