Our next SHOUT Movie Night presented by Birmingham AIDS Outreach is "GOLDEN GIRL" NIGHT!

We'll be playing select episodes of the iconic sitcom on the BIG SCREEN, including:
- The Pilot (S1, E1)
- Isn't It Romantic? (S2, E5)
- Grab That Dough (S3, E16)
- Scared Straight (S4, E9)
- 72 Hours (S5, E19)
- Sister of the Bride (S6, E14)

Please arrive an hour early for a pre-screening event and stay for a post-screening event both in the lobby.

Today, Josh Bruce, BAO's Director of New Initiatives, attended the ASONA (AIDS Service Organizations Network of Alabama) meeting in Washington, D.C. with Senate and House representatives to secure funding for essential HIV services.

Happy World Social Work Day! 🌎

March is National Social Worker Month, and today we want to take a moment to recognize and celebrate all of the incredible social workers across every program here at BAO. Your compassion, dedication, and advocacy make a difference in the lives of our clients every single day. We truly could not do the work we do without you.

At our most recent all staff meeting, we celebrated our social workers with a fun party, cupcakes, and even snapped a photo with a handful of them—though not everyone could attend. It was a small way to show our appreciation for the tremendous work they do every day.

Thank you to all of our social workers for the care, support, and commitment you bring to our clients and community! 💙👏
