💦 Screen-Free Water Play Ideas for Kids! 💦

Parents, are you looking for a way to beat the heat without the screens this summer? Try some of these fun, hands-on water activities to boost creativity and learning!
🫧 Pour & measure--practice volume with cups and containers
🌈 Mix colors--combine colored water to explore color blending
🧊 Ice treasure hunt--chip or melt ice to find hidden objects
🎨 Water painting--"paint" on sidewalks or fences with water
🚗 Toy car wash--scrub and rinse toy vehicles
🔠 Fish for letters--scoop letters from water and name them
🧪 Sink or float--test which objects sink or float
🎵 Water xylophone--tap filled glasses to explore sound
⚗️ Rain cloud in a jar--create a rainstorm using shaving cream and colored water
💧 Water table--scoop, pour, and explore with water tools
🎯 Water balloons--toss, catch, and splash for fun motor skills
🌊 Sprinkler run--dash through for active, cooling play
