After making a very difficult decision, but one that is right for me, Pivotal Physical Therapy will officially close on Nov 22nd. I have taken a staff Physical Therapist position at St Vincents 119 and will start there in mid-December. If you are a current or former patient, I would love for you to follow me there for any future physical therapy needs.
