Meet Eric Morin, C.F.B.E. – Director of Dining.
Originally from Worcester, MA, Eric discovered his passion for cooking at a young age while helping his grandmother with her catering business.
A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, he quickly rose through the ranks – becoming a sous chef at 23 and an executive chef by 27. His career brought him to Alabama in 2000 as Chef de Cuisine at the Wynfrey Hotel, followed by leadership roles at The Country Club of Birmingham, Inverness Country Club and the opening of Ross Bridge in 2006.
He later found his true calling in senior living, where he takes pride in creating meals that are both nutritious and the highlight of every resident’s day.
Outside of work, Eric is a proud father of three and has four very spoiled Huskies.
