Back to school time already! Don’t forget:
Get plenty of rest (before getting to school).
Eat a healthy breakfast with some protein.

Stay safe this summer! Here are some tips:
Always apply sunscreen 15-30 minutes before going outside for kids 6 months and up.
Have an alarm on doors if you have a backyard pool.
Supervise kids closely when around water.
Avoid distractions if in charge of watching kids while swimming.
Stay hydrated.
Don’t forget the helmets!
Be careful around fireworks.
