For me, Ecstatic Dance has always represented a freedom to move and act how you naturally feel in a way that is beneficial and empowering to the person that is dancing. Allowing yourself to escape expectations and restrictions that modern society places on us.
I host events that encourage self expression and connection—but does not require anyone to do so.

My events may not be what youre used to, but they will always meet the core definition of what’s advertised, and they will always be an open and safe environment for you to connect, express, and exist exactly as you are in that moment. 🌞🧚‍♀️✨
