ACRM was founded by Dr. Cecil A. Long in September 2017. At ACRM, our team of clinicians are committed to providing the highest quality care and customer service when it comes to serving our patients. We strive to give every encounter a warm and personal touch, whether it be an office visit or phone call with a patient. We also are committed to providing our patients with the highest quality care

through our experienced team of clinicians, technology, and innovation. ACRM has offices in Birmingham and Montgomery. Our Birmingham office is conveniently located in the Brookwood Medical Center Women's Medical Plaza (Suite 302) on the Brookwood Medical Center campus. Our Montgomery office is located across the street from Baptist East. We are accepting new patients and appointments can be made by calling 205-307-0484. The office accepts the following insurances: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama, United Healthcare, Tricare, Aetna, Cigna, and Viva Health.

Our Sonographers use advanced imaging technology to:

•Monitor ovarian response and follicle growth
•Evaluate uterine health for embryo transfer preparation
•Confirm and track early pregnancy progress
•Support our providers in tailoring individualized treatment plans
