At STERIS, our people are at the heart of everything we do—and today, we’re proud to spotlight Joe, a dedicated Senior Territory Manager in Florida. He has been making a meaningful impact in his current role for more than 17 years.
Joe’s role centers on partnering closely with hospitals to help ensure surgical instruments and devices are compliant, procedure ready, and aligned with the highest standards of patient safety. He works collaboratively with clinical, sterile processing, and leadership teams to support Joint Commission compliance, optimize surgical workflows, and help reduce risk across the continuum of care.
Joe explains, “My day-to-day responsibilities focus on ensuring surgical instrumentation is consistently prepared to meet procedural and regulatory standards. I help support best practices that drive reliable clinical outcomes and serve as a trusted advisor to hospital partners as they navigate complex compliance and operational challenges.”
Joe says, ‘This work closely aligns with my core values—serving others well, doing the right thing, and showing up with integrity and accountability. I find great fulfillment in building trusted relationships with hospital teams and enjoy being a resource they can rely on to navigate challenges and achieve success together.’
When he’s not working, Joe enjoys traveling, skiing, and soaking up the outdoors—whether that means discovering new places or staying active in the fresh air.
