At STERIS, our people are the heart of everything we do — and today, we’re proud to spotlight Natalie, a dedicated Senior Sales Coordinator who’s been making a difference for twelve and a half years.

Natalie’s role on the Customer Care team entails managing international and B2B accounts, escalations, reporting, and more. Natalie says “I’m a primary resource for resolving complex issues, and the position continues to evolve with new challenges daily. I thoroughly enjoy helping others and being a mentor. They say knowledge is power, but I believe that sharing it is where the true power is.”

Natalie says she found her passion in Customer Care and enjoys the day-to-day contact with Customers and Account Managers. Natalie says “I enjoy solving problems and aiding other teams across our company. I learn something new every day and love to share the knowledge to help others excel.“

Before joining STERIS, Natalie worked in the automotive and plumbling industries, and also had the priviledge of being a stay-at-home mom. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, DIY home projects, and spending time with her adorable grandson. She is billingual (Spanish).

Charli is part of the vital team that bridges communication between Account Managers, Customers, and our Repair Labs. She’s the friendly voice helping Customers navigate questions about their accounts and repairs. As Charli puts it:

At STERIS, our people are the heart of everything we do. Today, we’re proud to spotlight Anthony, a dedicated Government Specialist II who has been an essential part of our team for over 11 years.

Based in New York, Anthony supports our sales representatives with Government and Department of Defense accounts. Before joining STERIS, he served with distinction in the United States Air Force.

A 21-year Air Force Veteran and retired Technical Sergeant, Anthony trained as a surgical technician with a focus on orthopedic and vascular surgery. He completed the Orthopedic Specialty Course at Fort Sam, where he mastered casting, splinting, and traction techniques. His excellence earned him recognition as the 2010 Air Education and Training Command Noncommissioned Officer of the Year and the 59th Medical Wing Surgical Tech of the Year at Lackland AFB.

In his final eight years of service, Anthony led as the Clinical Research Division Flight Chief, coordinating and instructing the Air Force’s elite Pararescue combat field medicine course. He deployed in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan), Southern Watch (Saudi Arabia), and Joint Task Force Bravo.

Anthony shares, “One of the things I love most about my job is working with Customers and helping them reduce infections and surgical site risks—ultimately protecting both patients and staff.”

Outside of work, Anthony gives back as a youth hockey coach, mentoring 16–18-year-olds and building strong community connections.

At STERIS, our people are the heart of everything we do. Today, we’re proud to shine a light on Don, a dedicated Senior Account Manager and Field Sales Trainer, who has been an essential part of our team for over 12 years.

Based in Rochester and Central New York, Don leads our instrument and scope repair programs with passion and precision. In the past year, he stepped up to take on an additional role as a Field Sales Trainer, mentoring and developing new Account Managers across the Eastern region.

Don shares, “It seems like every time there’s a new challenge, STERIS can be there to support our Customers every step of the way.” His favorite part of the job? Helping Customers overcome their toughest challenges and making a real impact in their departments.

Before joining STERIS, Don had a vibrant career in sports radio and television, often featuring his beloved Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres—a true fan through and through!

Outside of work, Don has been happily married to his wife Jean for 29 years and is a proud father to Jillian and Nathaniel.
