Congratulations to one of our newest members, Truly Cares Home Care Service, LLC (Truly Cares), on their fifth anniversary and new business partnership with Black Bird Smart Innovations. 🎉 The New Year is coming up quickly, but Truly Cares is already one step ahead by making deals and new connections in the business community. 📈

Truly Cares provides at-home care through a range of services, including nursing and rehabilitation assistance following hospital stays, as well as long-term care for independent seniors. Their new partnership with Black Bird Smart Innovations will allow them to enhance patient care with a wearable technology providing real-time GPS location, fall detection, and emergency alerts.

We are proud of Truly Cares for reaching this five-year milestone and look forward to supporting their continued success!

Our agency was established in November 2020. We are located in Birmingham, Alabama and we will service the Jefferson County Area. We will be providing non skilled medical services and CPR classes. Skilled nursing services coming soon.
