🌟 The AHPCO Legacy Award 🌟

Every person in hospice makes a difference in the lives of patients and their loved ones. There are those who spend a season or two in hospice and then there are those who fall in love with the profession and seek to make a lasting impact.

At AHPCO we instituted the Polly Clark Award for those who have shown outstanding service. Today, however, we are instituting a new recognition for those who have given years to the hospice profession, who have made a lasting impact and who maintain the passion and integrity needed to care for people at the end of life.

Today, we recognize a person who has been dedicated to the hospice profession, who has given selflessly to the organizations she has served and who has worked with AHPCO through the years to help others in hospice.

This well deserved recognition was awarded during the AHPCO Annual Conference held last week to Linda Segrest, Executive Director of Ivy Creek Hospice.

Congratulations Linda and thank you for your contributions to the hospice profession in Alabama!
