Our research published in JMIR Diabetes has shown that digital health coaching is an effective tool to help those with type 2 diabetes meet their health goals. We found that individuals who used our program were able to reduce their HbA1c levels significantly. Check out the link below to learn more: https://hubs.li/Q027hdgJ0

The study in JMIR Diabetes demonstrated lowered BMI, increased mental and physical health scores, and reductions in diabetes distress.
