e notice is required when cancelling an appointment. If you are unable to find someone to take your scheduled time, you will be charged at 100% of your treatment. No shows - Anyone who forgets or did not make their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a no-show and will be charged for their missed appointment, and future service will be denied until payment is made.
