✨M E E T F A E✨

Fae has worked with patients across the lifespan, bringing a broad and well-rounded clinical background to her practice. Her experience includes OB/GYN, pediatrics, medical-surgical nursing and instruction, cardiovascular surgery, and psychiatric services, allowing her to meet clients where they are in their care journey.

Fae works with individuals experiencing a range of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to more complex conditions impacting individuals and families. She is trained in mindfulness-based therapy and supportive counseling, with a primary focus on medication management.

Using a patient-centered approach, Fae strives to empower clients to live their best lives by supporting their personal goals and next steps in growth. She primarily works with adolescents and adults ages 13 and older and is committed to partnering with clients to help them move forward “living their best life”.

✨We’re entering a season of transition and growth at our practice.✨

While we will be saying goodbye to Heidi and Melissa in the coming weeks, we’re also excited to welcome new faces and expanded services, including psychiatric medication management with Fae Glass, MSN, FNPc, PMHNPc, beginning mid-April.
Our focus remains on providing thoughtful, consistent, and high-quality care for our clients.

What started as a small seed in 2020 has grown into something we are incredibly proud of. We are thankful for every single person who has been a part of this journey.
