After months of planning, Soul 57 is thrilled to announce our latest expansion of services to youth in the Bismarck/Mandan area!

Presented in partnership with Soul 57 and Quinn Eggert - Northwestern Mutual, Courageous Kids is a support series for youth who have a loved one with an active cancer diagnosis and/or currently in treatment for cancer. Whether the diagnosis is terminal or not, this group is meant to give youth an outlet to meet with kids their age, experience activities such as : Bowling, Tilt, Larks baseball, Bobcats hockey, SkyZone, and more!

Beginning in October, Grades K-5 will meet the 2nd Tuesday of each month, while grades 6-12 will meet the 4th Tuesday of the month. This group DOES require registration up to 24 hours in advance, and is FREE OF CHARGE! For more information or to register for an event, please reach out directly to either Soul 57 or Quinn Eggert. Today is Mental Health Providers Day—a time to honor the compassionate, tireless professionals who show up every day to support others through their darkest and brightest moments.

The work can be challenging, emotional, and deeply meaningful. Whether it’s holding space for someone’s grief, helping them rewrite self-critical thoughts, or celebrating small but powerful victories, this work matters.

To all of our fellow therapists, counselors, social workers, and mental health advocates: thank you. Your presence, your empathy, and your dedication are changing lives every day—often in ways you may never fully realize.

Let’s continue to normalize asking for help, prioritizing mental health, and recognizing the value of emotional wellness in every part of life. 🤍🤍
