She Ascends began in 2018 with a small chapter near St. Cloud, Minnesota. It has now grown across the whole state. Please check out our main hub and then like and follow for more information. A membership with She Ascends means you can join any hikes across MN and now ND too! Our main mission stands today....help women connect with themselves, nature, and others. And, we just love hiking and want to share that love with you too!
