Happy New Year and wow…what a year it was!! Thank you for allowing me to continue doing what I love and be a part of your self-care and wellness journey. Holding space and facilitating positive change in the body can change so much. It’s okay to finally let go. Let go of what you ask? Anything you’re holding onto. We all hold onto something (or multiple things). Allow your body to process, reset and when ready, let go.

Healing is a journey and your body holds onto pain/tension because that is what makes it feel “normal” and safe. That’s what it knows, but that is not your normal. You can have a new, invigorating normal once you allow the change to gradually take place.
