Your eyes are an extension of your brain.
Most athletes train strength, speed, and conditioning.
But very few train the system responsible for processing over 80% of the information your brain receives during sport⌠your visual system.
Neurovisual training focuses on improving how the brain and eyes work together to process movement, track objects, and make rapid decisions.
For athletes this can improve:
⢠Reaction time
⢠Tracking ability
⢠Awareness of the field or ice
⢠Hand-eye coordination
⢠Decision making speed
For individuals recovering from concussion, neurovisual training can also help retrain visual processing systems that are often disrupted after brain injury.
This is one of the key tools we use in our concussion rehabilitation and performance training programs.
