Sunday Yoga at the ND Capital

Sunday Yoga at the ND Capital Easy Flow yoga with Pamela Trhlik from Serenity Reflexology and Yoga. We will be meeting on the lawn just slightly southwest of the ND State Library.

It will be in the shade, near the statute of children holding hands. Bring your own Yoga Mat and water!

Good morning my beautiful friends. Even though we were blessed with rain, we are still GO this morning. Perhaps bring a towel and we will go through an easy flow at 8 a.m.

This Sunday, July 3, at 8 am is the first class I. The shade at the ND Capitol grounds, south of the state library.

Bring your own mat and any additional supplies you need.

It is official. Our application for doing yoga on the North Dakota Capital grounds is approved. Starting July Sunday, July 3 at 8 a.m. and each Sunday until the last Sunday of September.

We will be having free-will classes and we can discuss at the first class where the summer's proceeds will go.

Classes will be held on the lawn in the shade on the east side of the Capital Mall Lawn - near the statute of children holding hands south of the State Library.

Bring your own yoga mat, water and if you have blocks, straps, etc. please bring for your own modifications and adjustments. Classes will always be easy flow with some extended periods of breathing techniques.
