👥 Find support and education through groups like Bismarck Memory Cafe or the Alzheimer's Association Minnesota-North Dakota.

💻 Attend free, online social and support groups through Well Connected or AARP.

👟 Check whether you are eligible for the Silver Sneakers program (https://tools.silversneakers.com/), which provides seniors free access to gyms and online exercise classes.
