Hello, I am Nicole Campbell-Smart, and I am the Executive Director/Founder of Hollow Creek Treatment Center. We are focused on a holistic approach with wraparound services that will meet the needs of those in active addiction that are looking for long-term sobriety. We will again be offering residential inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient service. We are internationally accredited by the CARF ORGANIZATION and look forward to serving those in crisis and hope to have everything in place and ready to go within the next 14 to 21 days! ❤️💛👏🏻
We are credentialed with Ambetter, BCBS, and three other insurance companies at this time . I will forward my number as soon as we are ready to start accepting applications again.
