🌸 PATIENT COORDINATION 🌸
✨ Patient Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for new and existing patients via phone, text, and in-person.
✨ Patient Scheduling: Manage all appointments calendar, handling scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmation.
✨ Patient Education: Guide potential patients through their journey.
✨ Sales Conversion: Answering questions about pricing, financing options, and converting leads into booked procedures or skincare sales.
✨ Administrative Flow: Prep patient charts, file patient charts, input data into EMR, and ensure a smooth patient journey from inquiry to post-op.
🌸 MARKETING / GRAPHIC DESIGN 🌸
✨ Content Creation: Create, edit, and publish engaging content for Facebook and IG.
✨ Graphic Design: Utilize Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to create promotional flyers, educational brochures, and patient education materials.
✨ Brand Management: Maintain consistent brand voice and visual aesthetics across all platforms.
✨ Digital Marketing: Support SEO/SEM efforts, update website content, and assist with online reputation management.
✨ Photography/Videography: Capture high-quality in-office content under HIPAA compliance and staff spotlights.
🌸 QUALIFICATIONS 🌸
✨ Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in a patient care coordinator, receptionist, or medical office role.
✨ Marketing Skills: Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and graphic design.
✨ Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred.
✨ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
✨ Software: Proficiency with EMR systems, scheduling software, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace/Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite.
