What is a Soul Time Retreat?
This retreat was created as a perfect recipe to get you back to what makes you, YOU. It is the perfect opportunity for you to take up space and exist without any expectation. This retreat allows you the time and space to reconnect with your divine self, recharge those depleted batteries, and develop the tools to work on the soul and shadow work that some of us find so difficult to get through. The creator and facilitator of the Soul Time Retreat is Amber Smith, Intuitive, Reiki Master Teacher, Professional Oracle Card Reader, and owner of Erstwhile Studios, LLC. Amber was born extremely empathic and has always had a keen sense for where and how a person is hurt. Combined with her Reiki Training through AJETT Reiki and the International Center for Reiki Training, Amber is divinely attuned to help you heal and grow. During this 3-day retreat, you will have the opportunity to talk with Amber one on one and she will do her best to guide you to the best solution for the issues you are currently facing. Come with and open mind and leave with a fully energized spirit and sense of self.

Food Freedom and what it means!
This is a FOOD FREEDOM Retreat, which means: You have the ability to bring your own food, drinks & snacks. Be sure to pick up your items while you are in town, before heading to the cabin the day of the event or bring your items with you. Food freedom is a great way to ensure you can eat what you want, when you want. This is a judgement free zone, and we encourage you to listen to your body and honor it with what it needs. There will be some items set out for community use.
Each attendee must be 21+ or older. You are welcome to bring adult beverages to be consumed at your discretion. Please be considerate of the other attendees and the classes /workshops taking place. We want this retreat to be fun for all involved.
Tickets are sold according to the bed and room accommodations available.

What to expect upon arrival:
Everyone will arrive on Tuesday, May 31st between 12PM - 4PM. This will give you all time to get to town, get your groceries and get yourselves settled in.
We will circle up in the main room for a meet and greet with the other attendees as well as Amber, Michelle, & Tracy. We'll introduce ourselves, talk about the retreat, set house rules, and about the events that will take place over the next few days together. We'll finish up with an exercise that will help us get to know one another and set any needed boundaries before the retreat officially begins.
After the meet and greet we will break for dinner for anyone that wants to take the opportunity to fix themselves something. This is your chance to get comfortable with the kitchen and bond with your house mates. We will make sure you have the ability to mark your items and we'll also have a designated area for community items.
After dinner we will come back together for a relaxing, clearing meditation, designed to help you relax on your first night away from home.
This is an Intuitive Retreat. That means that we will tailor the events /classes to the needs and desires of the attendees as a group. This is YOUR retreat. We'll take each day as it comes so that you get exactly what you need out of your time with us. And, of course, all events / workshops are completely optional. There are no expectations, other than for you to listen to what you need.
About the Retreat Hosts:
Amber Smith is an Intuitive Reiki Master Teacher, Professional Oracle Card Reader and Owner of Erstwhile Studios, LLC. She has been walking her path for over 8 years and continues to learn and grow with each passing season. Currently she is enrolled as a 500 hour Yoga Teacher Student. Michelle Smith is Amber's Mom and inspiration in so much of what she does. Michelle is also a certified Reiki Master, and a huge reason Erstwhile Studios exists today. Michelle is currently enrolled in the Red Road Herbs, yearlong Herbalist Apprenticeship Program. Tracy Roberts' is Michelle's Sister and Amber's Aunt. She is a Professional Reiki Master Teacher and owner of AJETT Reiki out of Bismarck, ND. Tracy is also a Wild Women Project Circle Leader. Combined these 3 beautiful women create an intentional and nurturing environment for the women they teach.
