I’m asking my followers on here for a couple simple things.

1-let’s do a social media detox. Come on here for a few min a day if you need/want to. But more than half the time that we spend on social media, let’s replace it with something productive like reading, praying, meditating, checking up on loved ones, or just simply spending time in quiet.

2-random acts of kindness-doesn’t have to be huge or money based, just a kind smile to let people know you see them.

This world can heal. But it starts with us, right now! Not tomorrow. Not next week. Today let’s be kind.
